He'll walk for a while before asking his dad, "So, how did you get your name? You're garou one, I mean."

He sits down on a fallen log, and invites you to do the same. "I'm no Galliard, but I'll do my best.
"Most of us receive our Garou names during our Rite of Passage. I was sent with a small pack of cubs that were also on their Passage to destroy a nest of Wyrm-spawn before the upcoming lunar eclipse--a mere two nights to track them down and kill them. We spent most of that time just finding the nest and figuring out what to do about it. There were about twice as many spawn than us, and none of us were particularly willing to brawl without some kind of plan--us being two Ragabash, a Theurge, and a Galliard.
"Well, I decided that it would perhaps be better to set a trap for them... taking the path that put the least of us in danger, and the most of them in glorious pain. The nest itself was nearby a brick factory, so it only seemed logical to incorporate it into the plan somehow. That night, we sprang on the nest, herded the bastards like sheep into the brick kiln, locked the door, and let the fuckers burn.
"Well, it wasn't totally simple, we got scratched up pretty bad while coralling them..." he motions to a particularly nasty scar across his chest, "but we all came back in one piece, and in much better shape than our elders were expecting. We all got appropriate names... I believe one of the Ragabash I was with to this day goes by 'Bakes-The-Wyrm'...
"Anyway, no telling what your Rite of Passage will be... but knowing the Get, it'll be violent and dangerous."

"Then I'll do my best to fight my way through it and prove I'm worthy." He gives his dad a knowing smile, the same one he wears when bragging about how bad he's going to crush the other team when football season comes around.

"That's my boy."
He stretches and returns to walking.

Back in step behind his dad, but his spirits have been a little bit lifted for whatever reason, if nothing else, for father and son bonding at the idea of beating up on things. He'll continue on in silence for the time being.
